THE TALLINN JEWISH CEMETERY

June 10 was an emotional day for everyone. With volunteers from the Tallinn Jewish School, we were able to digitize more than 150 graves in the Jewish cemetery. A huge thank you to all the volunteers and teachers from Tallinn Jewish School who participated in this event. It was grand, emotional, and an honor to be there for you and to take that big first step.

It is safe to say that our Zikaron’s app is working and we are ready to move on. Our task is not only to make digitization of graves simple, but to offer Jewish communities a tool for cemetery management and a new level of interaction with relatives of the deceased.

Many thanks to the Tallinn Synagogue    (Rabbi Efraim Shmuel Kot), Tallinn Jewish School.

It was emotional, honorable, and uplifting.
